Welcoming Pregnancy Happy Hour

 Pregnancy Happy Hour ...

 

is a special evening for first and second trimester families.  You'll have a chance to meet other families, ask questions and get plugged in to a new network of resources and information.  We complete the evening with a brief stress relief/relaxation exercise from Birthing From Within, our childbirth class.

This is a FREE group but please pre-register to attend.

Doula Tea

 

New and expectant families have a chance to connect with one another, meet local birth and postpartum doulas and ask questions. Bring a friend!

Even if you already have your doula selected ;) or are not planning on having a doula (really?) ;) either way - please come join other expecting families for community!
