A Flock is a social support network of friends with babies around the same age.  It is such a gift to have a strong flock as you navigate the ups and downs of parenting.  Play dates, childcare swaps, meal swaps, resource sharing, lending an ear and exercising together are all examples of how flocks might support one another.  Flocks often meet in our prenatal classes then build strong connections through our postnatal classes and groups. We hear from flocks of school age kids who stil get together!
