Online Payment - Each class has a payment box below with options for deposit, half payment and full payment.  If these options don't work for you, another payment plan can be arranged.  

Mail a payment - Checks can be made payable to Birth Roots and sent to 101 State St, Portland, ME 04101

Insurance Reimbursement - most insurance companies reimburse for some, if not all of your childbirth class fees.  Click here for a form and codes that might be useful as you request reimbursement.   

Sliding Scale - Download our scholarship form HERE and mail or email the information to us. 

Barter/Trade - Birth Roots is a nonprofit with a tiny staff and shoestring budget.  We welcome creative payment methods.

Ask for or give a GIFT CERTIFICATE!

Gift certificates are available for all of our classes and products. 

Step 1:  Pay online, snail mail or call us to let us know the amount or class you'd like to gift.

Step 2:  Provide us with the address you'd like the gift certificate mailed   OR   print out our online gift certificate to hand deliver or mail yourself    OR   simply record the class or amount and your online payment receipt number on any home made gift certificate or card.  

Step 3:  Be the hero of the baby shower

Among many other things we learned, Birthing From Within helped my husband and I to figure out how we could have a fulfilling birth experience - no matter how close it was (or wasn't) to what we'd imagined, and no matter where it happened (home or hospital). Birthing From Within also helped us to reframe our thinking about birth as something more than the actual labor and delivery - a process that begins in pregnancy, includes giving birth, and lasts well into our baby's first year.
